It's been almost a week since our full moon eclipse weekend, and I'm still feeling the ripple effects in the most beautiful way.

I have been getting a few similar questions since the influx last weekend:

"When will you do Sunday sessions again?"

"Is there any chance of a morning session?"

"I missed this weekend—when's the next time I can book?"

So I've been sitting with these questions, feeling into what wants to emerge, and it became clear that something new is asking to be born.

There's something potent about gathering in the morning, before the day's momentum takes hold so I've been feeling called to offer monthly Sunday morning sessions, and the timing feels perfect!

Our first one will be next Sunday, September 21st at 10am — perfectly aligned with the solar eclipse energy.

Solar eclipses bring a different frequency.

This is the universe urging us to give space for renewal, rebirth, and consciously choosing who we are becoming.

Solar eclipses are reset points — cosmic invitations to plant new seeds and call in what wants to birth through us.

In the Kabbalistic calendar, this time marks the new year — a sacred threshold where we can step into a completely fresh version of ourselves.

I'm listening into this energy and leaning into the possibility that this is also a birthing of something new for myself, for our community, for what wants to emerge through these sacred hour we have together.

The Virgo new moon energy next weekend is about taking those downloads and insights from our releasing work and weaving them into sustainable, earth-based grounded practices.

It's integration time.

Eclipse season is often an invitation from the universe pressing fast-forward on our evolution.

Changes that might normally take months happen in weeks.

Closure finds us.

Doors open that we didn't even know we were waiting for.
