Full Moon Eclipse Tonight

Hello ,
Today is the last day of the Lunar New Year celebrations.
In Chinese tradition, this fifteenth night — the Lantern Festival — is the moment the festivities come to completion. Lanterns are lit and released. Light is offered back to the sky. And what began on New Year's Day a fortnight ago finally, now closes.
I guess releasing a lantern isn't a particularly grand gesture, but it can be a quiet act of letting go: this belongs to the light now, not to my hands.
And it feels significant that today, we are also held inside a total Lunar Eclipse in Virgo.
Virgo is often spoken about as the sign of the organised mind — the one who notices what isn't working, who sees clearly where things are out of alignment and feel compelled to get order out of chaos.
But at a deeper level, Virgo is also about something more subtle than needing to be clean, tidy or wanting to be perfect.
It's about discernment.
Not the sharp, critical kind that turns inward as judgement.
But the quiet, embodied kind — that has the capacity to sense what truly nourishes us and what doesn't, and to gradually, honestly, begin choosing accordingly.
So Virgo's invitation this eclipse is to ask: where am I still not honouring in myself?
And of course, also a reminder, that discernment is not about catching ourselves out or tallying our inconsistencies.
It's self-respect and paying attention to the part of us that knows if something is draining us, misaligning us, or pulling us persistently away from our own peace.
Our nervous system feels it first. A tightness. A heaviness. A subtle but stubborn signal that something here does not serve our highest good.
The invitation this week is not to build walls, but to recognise that we are worthy of being chosen — including by ourselves — with love and care.
That a boundary isn't punishment for another person's behaviour, or evidence of your own hardening.
It's a door we open slowly, with discernment, only to what genuinely nourishes us from now on.
We are also living through a world that is asking a great deal of that discernment right now.
The pace of change, the noise, the weight of what is unfolding globally — it is a lot to hold.
Eclipse energy amplifies what has been circulating just below the surface: old patterns, a sense of things completing, emotions that don't quite have words yet.
And here is what I know to be true: slowing down alone is not always enough.
Sometimes the wisest thing we can do is slow down inside a field that actively supports the nervous system to reset itself — where the body doesn't just pause, but be given a space to reorganise itself back toward its own coherence.
That is what our weekly sound and scalar light offer.
They work underneath language, underneath the effort of figuring it all out.
They meet our body exactly where it is and remind it, gently, that it is safe enough to re-orient.
On this last night of the Lantern Festival, as this eclipse asks what we are finally ready to release — and what we are ready to choose for ourselves with more love and more clarity — here's my warm invitation for you to join me this weekend, Saturday at 4.30pm for a collective re-set.
Sessions are available most weekends thereafter if this one doesn't work for you. Schedule ahead as spaces are limited:
