Are You Safe Enough to Land?

Hi ,
This Saturday brings us a New Moon in Taurus.
Taurus is the first earth sign of the zodiac. It asks us to stop striving, to lower our shoulders, and to return to the physical world.
Taurus governs the senses, the simple pleasures, the beauty of the natural world, and our relationship to security. But at its absolute core, Taurus rules our values — and by extension, our self-worth.
Most of us spend much of our lives trying to negotiate our worth.
We try to earn it through how much we produce, how well we endure, or how seamlessly we accommodate the people around us. We treat worth as something that has to be earned.
But Taurus reminds us that true self-worth is not an achievement.
It is a physical state of being. It is the quiet, embodied knowing that you are allowed to be here, exactly as you are, without having to pay rent for your existence.
And yet, for many of us, dropping into that feeling is incredibly difficult.
When we carry old relational wounds, or when our nervous systems are caught in loops of chronic stress, we tend to subtly vacate the body.
We live in our heads. We hover just above our physical reality, constantly scanning the horizon for the next problem to solve.
This is why "grounding" is so much more than just a wellness buzzword.
Grounding is the profound act of feeling safe enough to reinhabit your own skin.
This is exactly where sound becomes such a powerful medicine.
Grounding with sound works because sound is not just an auditory experience; it is deeply, undeniably physical.
The frequencies — the phonons — move as mechanical pressure through the water and fascia of your body.
Especially when you lie in the scalar-sound field, both phonons + photons give your scattered, hyper-vigilant nervous system something solid to lean against.
It provides a coherent, rhythmic foundation that tells the body: You are held. You are safe. You can come back down now.
You don't have to think your way into self-worth, and you don't have to talk your way into feeling grounded. You just have to give your body an environment that reminds it how to land.
We can gather all the tools, read all the insights, and build all the awareness in the world. But at some point, we have to actually allow ourselves to receive the healing support.
And I am learning that sometimes, the hardest part of our journey is simply believing that we are worth the trip.
If your system is asking for a place to land, to soften, and to be reminded of its own inherent worth, the lounge is open this Saturday, 4.30pm.
As always, if you are navigating something that requires a more private container, I am here for 1-1 sessions as well. Simply reply to this email to explore what that looks like.
Wishing you a deeply grounded and beautiful New Moon.
With love,
