Happy New Year! Welcome to 2022, the year of being INTENTIONAL.

In my last 2021 email, I mentioned that I had already started making plans for Q1 of 2022 (January to March 2022).

Let me share some of these plans with you...

And if possible do feel free to attend the ones that have invitations.

January 2022: Covenant University Alumni Association Inauguration

Last year I was elected Vice President, Corporate Communications - Elect for my university alunmi association. Inauguration is happening this January.

Starting February 2022, I am honoured to be taking on this role for the next 2 years.

Do wish me all the best in my tenure and do put me in your prayers as I need God's wisdom and strength to take on this role graciously *claps hands in prayer*

February 2022: Walk For Love Campaign

To celebrate the month of love, I will be joining a team of African experts in Tourism, Travel, Hospitality and Aviation to "Walk For Love".

The aim of the campaign is to encourage interconnection between African countries and to advocate for the rebound of Tourism and Travel in Africa.

More details will be shared on how to join the walk.

March 2022: AfricaNXT 2022 Session

If you are conversant with Social Media Week Lagos, you might be aware that they have a section called AfricaNXT.

In March, I have the privilege of hosting an AfricaNXT panel session on Tourism Fundraising.

March 2022: Tourism Women Luncheon 2.0

Women History Month, International Women's Day and Mother's Day are all celebrated in March...yes we are that special *bats eyes*

In 2020, we celebrated International Women's Day by hosting the maiden edition of the Tourism Women Luncheon, a networking event for women in the Nigerian Tourism space. And in March 2022, we will be hosting the 2nd edition *yaaaay*
