I mean not only when BIG amazing things happen to you, but also the little victories...

Do you give yourself a pat on the back when you know you have done well - no matter how small?

I used to have this bad habit of not celebrating myself.

Usually, it is like this...

"Awww eya, I did well. Oya NEXTTTTTTTT!!!!"

Then I am on to the next thing *laughs out loud*

Now that is not a bad thing, but when we do not celebrate ourselves we are doing ourselves more harm than good.

One of my many favourite quotes (yeah I don become quote persin *chuckles*) is...

STOP AND SMELL THE ROSES 🌹

This means slow down...enjoy life...take time to just savor the beauties around you and just relax *sigh*

This is note to self...and that includes me *smiles*

And while relaxing, take out time to reflect on your wins...write them down.

Scroll through what you have done through out the year and write your wins...celebrate yourself...give yourself a pat on the back.

Say...

"Well done, . I may not be where I desire to be, but I am definitely not where I used to be."

Sometimes that little acknowledgement goes a long way to boost your self confidence and get you pumped for the "oya next" thing *laughs*

I am currently taking stock of my 2021 wins, something I do every month and complie towards the end of the year and I am pretty proud of what I have accomplished so far.

To celebrate, I shall be taking myself for a spalicious experience (long overdue...sigh) + taking myself to the movies (e don tey when I go cinema, o!).

, celebrate your wins...no matter how small.

And give yourself a treat...you deserve it *hugs*
