Ba wo ni, ?

Welcome to the month of July.

Honestly can't believe we have reached the 3rd quarter of the year already *shocked look*

So, I have a vulnerable question for you...

Do you feel worthy, ?

Did the first half of this year make you feel valuable in your space (i.e personal or/and business space)?

Now, I am not asking you these questions to make you feel bad or good.

The end game is to make you reflect on the first half of the year so that you can restrategise (if need be) for the last half of 2024.

So, do take out time to answer these questions above.

By the way, what does WORTHY even mean?

As defined by the University of Wikipedia...

WORTHY is having or showing the qualities that deserve the specific action or regards.

In simple English, it means acknowledging your value.

Sometimes, life hits you rock bottom, and leaves you feeling worthless.

I remember a screen from the movie, Sing (Part 1), where the main character, Buster Moon, gave his famous quote:

"When you've reached rock bottom, there's only one way to go, and that's up!

Truth be told, sometimes you need to hit rock-bottom before you realise how valuable you really are.

A few weeks ago, I received some good news which made me feel really worthy, .

I know we shouldn't be attaching worthiness to things but hey...we are human...

It is okay to acknowledge these feelings...these desires...the valuable part of you.

It is okay to embarce the "I am worthy" feeling.

Just make sure you make the most of that feeling...because truly...

You are WORTHY,
