The International Women's Day 2024 theme is Inspire Inclusion.

I love this message on the IWD website, and I thought to share as it summarizes the goal for this year's theme:

"When we inspire others to understand and value women's inclusion, we forge a better world. And when women themselves are inspired to be included, there's a sense of belonging, relevance, and empowerment..."

"Collectively, let's forge a more inclusive world for women."

So, how is the Tourism Women Luncheon inspiring inclusion?

One way we are practicing the IWD 2024 theme is by ensuring women of all ages are brought together to connect and bond with each other.

We really don't have an intimate and safe space where women of different age groups (veterans, seasoned and youngsters) in the Tourism industry can come together to relate, have fun and learn from one another.

The Tourism Women Luncheon is creating that kind of inclusive space.
