Kedu, ?
Happy December! Welcome to the last month of 2025!
This year seemed to have just jet by - like is just zoomed passed us *laughs*
Well, in all things - we give GOD Almighty thanks and all the glory *halo + clapped prayer hands*
It's been a minute, . How have you been?
Honestly, you can answer by responding to this email. I'm looking forward to hearing how your 2025 has been so far *warm smile*
My 2025 has been - hmmmm - looking for the right words to use... *thinking look*
I would say my 2025 has been eventful and rewarding...
It came with it's victories and disappointments - but it has been worth it *grateful smile*
A quick recap of my 2025...
From starting the year with masters' exams to plenty classes, tests, assignments and project...
To working with Goge Africa Foundation as Director of Programs...
To finally launching Season 3 of See the World Podcast and the maiden edition of the Tourism Media Roundtable...
Also getting to do some MCee, voiceover and speaking gigs...
And most especially, celebrating milestone events like birthdays (most of my friends clocked 40 this year and my daughter clocked the big 10), graduation (my son graduated from primary to secondary school - #ProudParentMoment) and creating time to spend with loved ones - family and friends.
This woman is super grateful *thankful smile*
Talking about celebration, I turned the long-awaited BIG 40 this year *joyful laugh*
I'm glad to share that I celebrated it in the most humbling way by hosting the #40For40Project through my initiative, Project FoodShare in partnership with Lagos Food Bank Initiative (LFBI).
The goal was to share 40 Love Boxes with 40 families - focusing on widow-led households. The boxes had food supplies for a family of four which was to last about a month.
It is humbling to share that we were able to raise sufficient funds for the 40 food boxes and host a heartwarming food outreach at LFBI Headquarters. You can watch the summary video HERE.
May God bless everyone that supported in cash, kind and encouraging words for this project *claps hands in prayers*
I should also add that both my husband (my odogwu sponsor) and little sister (madam organiser extraordinaire) hosted me to an intimate beautiful luncheon birthday party with very close family and friends. God bless them and everyone who attended *warm happy tears*
You should check out the 40 Years Celebration Tribute video that my sister did for me HERE. *blushing*
As I gradually wrap up 2025...
I want to specially thank GOD for His grace, protection, provisions and blessings throughout the year.
2025 was a demanding year - but I am really grateful for life and good health that He granted my loved ones and I.
What are you grateful for this year, ?
Take out time to thank GOD for each of them. He is always faithful.
I should be sharing my final newsletter before the year ends *fingers crossed*
So till my next e-letter, always remember...
Life is short, live it to the fullest, .
Odabo....e-see you soon *waves*
