Today, make I share my current "Top 4 Favourite Softwares" that have been making my entrepreneurship life easy peasy...

#1. ZOOM

Looking for a platform to host your virtual meetings? Zoom has got you! I started using Zoom in 2018 when I was hosting my first virtual summit. Thanks to Aunty Rona, people have started using the platform extensively. The free version allows you to host a meeting for 40 minutes with 100 participants. Great deal right? *wink*

#2. MAILCHIMP

Want to build a community? Email marketing platforms are one of the best places to do so. I highly recommend MailChimp because the free version allows you to have up to 2,000 contacts and 10,000 sends per month. As at now, you can't find a better deal with other email marketing platforms *nope...smh*

#3. GOOGLE DOC

As someone who likes documenting everything (I used to have peices of paper and a mini note book in my bag), having my documents stored in the clouds so that I can easily retrive them anywhere am internet-connected is a life saver! I don't need to carry a notebook (or pieces of paper *chuckles*) when I can just log in to Google doc with my mobile device! *smiles*

#4. PAYSTACK

Money gathering matter can get very messy sometimes *rolls eyes* Money gathering platforms like Paystack came to save my life! *laughs* The beautiful thing is that you can easily gather your customers' details when they make payment which makes book keeping and tracking seamless. Ah! God bless Paystack! By the way, you don't need to pay a fee to join the platform.

Having an organized and seamless business is very essential especially if you are a solopreneur e.g. start-up or growing entrepreneur.

These softwares and many more, have saved my sanity when it comes ro running my day to day business...especially when I am offline *whew*

Wouldn't it be nice having your account credited without you having to manually send receipts and email follow ups?

Paystack and MailChimp help with that...all you need to do is to set them up once and they do the work...viola! *shines teeth*
