This is how it works...

#1. Each day, you will get an email reminder to watch the video for the day which would be available for 8am (WAT).

#2. Each video comes with a workbook to guide you with the challenge.

#3. By 7pm (WAT), I will go LIVE so that we can discuss the challenge for the day.

The plan is to have at least 15-20 minutes videos so that you can have the remaining day to work on the worksheet before our live video in the evening.
