I know many of us struggle with setting boundaries, especially within our families. We often feel guilty or worry that we're being disrespectful. But the truth is, setting boundaries isn't selfish; it's essential for our mental and emotional well-being. But what happens when people tell us that setting them is unislamic, or it makes us a bad Muslim?


In this video, I address the common misconception that setting boundaries makes you a bad Muslim. I'll share insights and practical tips on how to set healthy boundaries while maintaining strong family relationships.
