Farkhunda's life was tragically cut short, and in the aftermath, a false and damaging narrative emerged, attempting to link the brutality she suffered to the Islamic faith while in reality, she was herself fighting for Islam moments before this fatal event which led to her leaving this Earth.
This misrepresentation not only dishonors her memory but also perpetuates harmful stereotypes and obscures the real motivations behind such acts of violence.
