How to deal with relationship JEALOUSY

NEW VIDEO

Peace, Gods Mercy and Blessings on you!

Ever felt that pang of green-eyed monster rearing its head in your relationship? You're not alone. Jealousy is a universal human emotion, yet women are often shamed for admitting it, labeled as "insecure" or "crazy." This needs to stop.

The problem is that this shame prevents us from having open and honest conversations about our feelings. Instead of addressing the underlying issues that might be fueling the jealousy, we bury it, letting it fester and potentially damage our relationships. We're told to just "get over it," which is incredibly invalidating and unhelpful.

But what if, instead of shaming ourselves or others, we acknowledged jealousy as a valid emotion? What if we used it as an opportunity for growth? In my latest video, I explore why it's okay to feel jealous, how to understand the root causes of those feelings, and, most importantly, what you can do to manage them in a healthy way. I'm talking practical tips for communication, building trust, and strengthening your relationship, all while ditching the shame.

I will be addressing this issue in today's episode.
