Here's my weekly update for December 6th, 2023...

We're thrilled to share some wonderful news with you! As we grow and evolve, so does our vision for bringing holistic wellness and spiritual guidance to our community.

A Happy Medium and Angela Holistics are now joining forces under one expanded roof, creating the new Sole Retreat Spiritual and Wellness Centre.

This expanded space not only allows us to host larger groups - up to 30 individuals - but also brings an array of new and exciting events, workshops, and courses tailored for you.

From festive Christmas gatherings to divine services every third Thursday of the month, and opportunities for community engagement and room hire, the new Sole Retreat is a sanctuary for wellness and spiritual exploration.
