Q: What are the key things to look for when choosing which showcases to attend?


  1. Who's organizing it (make sure the person/group organizing the showcase are reputable and making true claims)
  2. # of coaches/scouts (the more, the better; the more diverse, the better as well)
  3. Size (the smaller, the better because scouts & coaches have more time to focus on your game, and there's less of a chance that you get lost in the shuffle)
  4. # of players per team (the smaller, the better because you get more ice time)
  5. # of games & their length (the longer, the better)
