Question of the Week

Q: At what age should a player get an advisor?

A: As usual, this is different for everyone, but the general advice we usually give when asked this is as follows; if you're an elite 15 to 16 year old player, playing at the highest level, it is common to have an agent or advisor. If your a middle of the pack player, you can benefit the most from an advisor when you're planning on making the jump to the junior level around 17 or 18 years old. A family advisor is important and a sound investment if you're wanting to navigate the NCAA and junior route properly.
