Question of the Week
Q: What questions should you ask when picking a coach?
A:
When choosing between multiple teams and or coaches, it's always important know if you have good chemistry with the coach. Usually your gut can tell you, but even more specifically what I like to do is just ask myself a series of questions, such as is this person someone that I want to be associated with? Do I feel energized or drained after talking to this person? and Does the overall program have my best interest in mind as a player?
