It's good to get outside!
Apr 04, 2023 5:06 pm
Hello ,
I’d like to convey my personal experiences of getting outside after a long winter, and I can certainly provide some general insights about the benefits of getting outside and enjoying nature.
First, after being cooped up indoors for an extended period, stepping outside into the fresh air can be invigorating and revitalizing. Being exposed to natural light and soaking up some vitamin D can help improve your mood and energy levels. Taking a break from the artificial environment of indoor spaces can give your mind and body a chance to reset and rejuvenate.
Second, there are plenty of fun outdoor activities to take part in during the springtime, such as hiking, biking, picnicking, gardening, and more. These activities can be enjoyable for people of all ages and fitness levels, and they offer a great way to explore and appreciate the beauty of the natural world.
Finally, getting outside after a long winter can be a great way to reconnect with family and friends. You can plan a group outing to a local park or nature reserve, or even just take a leisurely walk around the neighborhood. Spending time in nature with loved ones can be a wonderful way to bond and create lasting memories.
Looking forward to seeing you out there!
Toby

Money Everywhere: The Secret to Creating a Valuable and Desirable Digital Product That Sells
by Shelley Carney
“My father always said you can find gold in any stream or dry wash in New Mexico,” Toby says.
I nod along as Toby shares this story once again and I hope it is true.
I believe that money flows like a river all around us all the time. We just need to tap into that flow somehow.
I point out the window at the mountains as we drive along the road to the Dripping Springs Visitor’s Center on the outskirts of Las Cruces.
“They mined for precious metals, including gold, in the Organ Mountains. Let’s stop at a dry wash and dig up some paydirt.”
Toby agrees and pulls his truck over to the side of the road.
We get out together to fly the drone to get some video of the mountains and dig up a bucket of alluvial soil to take home.
Did we find gold? Watch our video to find out!

Rocks and Minerals Prove My Point
Most rocks you find in nature are not worth much at all.
Leaverite is a slang term used by geologists, mineralogists, archaeologists, and amateur rock collectors to identify a specimen in the field that may look interesting or valuable but is not worth removing. Rocks identified as such are generally left where they were found, as there is not sufficient reason to attempt to remove them. The term leaverite derives from the phrase "leave 'er right there." ~Wikipedia
After attending three Gem and Mineral shows in the last month, I keep scanning the ground for precious, shiny stones when I go for a walk in my neighborhood.
I think there is valuable material all around us if we just look hard enough. (Rocks and ideas.)

But, if you're interested in finding valuable rocks and minerals, (and ideas for products), it's important to do your research and learn about the geological formations (or the need for a particular product) in your area.
You'll want to look for areas that are known for producing valuable minerals, such as gold or silver deposits.
You can also consider joining a local rockhounding club, where you can learn from experienced collectors and gain access to private properties. (Or get a coach to help you design and sell your product).
At rock and gem shows, you'll find a wide variety of vendors selling everything from raw crystals to polished gemstones.
You also have the opportunity to talk to experts in the field and learn about the value of different minerals.
Going to a gem and mineral show can be a great way to find valuable rocks and minerals because you're in the right location at the right time.
If you want to sell rocks and minerals, you also have to be in the right place at the right time.
