This week's episode of our podcast was particularly insightful as we explored the concept of choice and how it affects our experiences in life.

Toby shared how his father's questioning attitude, inherited by him, has helped him make crucial business decisions.

We also discussed the impact of choices on our mental state and experiences, sharing several stories of choices we made or how we responded to our circumstances.

Additionally, we explored how our choices can drastically alter the pathways of our lives. Although it wasn't his choice to be a boarding student there, Toby's time at St. Michael's ended up being a valuable experience, and he made lifelong friends and impactful choices.
