It's time to wage war with the quarantine-15 and pandemic pounds

Hey ,

Unless you've been living under an extremely large rock or have been stranded on a small, secluded island doing your best impression of 'Cast Away'—you know that world has seemingly been flipped upside down.

Many of us have been under some sort of lockdown/quarantine for the past 6 months.

Stress is at a fevering pitch at the moment.

This can manifest professionally, emotionally, spiritually, mentally, or physically.

And speaking of that last point, a large portion of people's health has taken a toll during the past 6 months. So much so, that society has cleverly spit out some nicknames such as "COVID-Curves", "Pandemic Pounds", and the "Quarantine-15" to name a few.

It's easy to justify packing on a few pounds and extra jiggle during this time.

But that's not how we get down here.

And it's with that said, that today, I'm releasing part I of a 6 part series on weight loss. This series isn't just going to tell you to eat more lean meats and cut out processed sugars. You know this already.

We're getting strategic and in-depth as if it's a military campaign (I like to think of myself at times as the Hannibal Barca/Napoleon Bonaparte/Takeda Shingen of the health & human performance world).

Anyway, I digress.

The point being, as an entrepreneur and high performer, you have a unique lifestyle and psychological makeup that must be factored in for successful weight loss (that stays off long term).

In part I, I’m sharing with you the mindset and initial framework behind truly transforming your body. Besides laying down the foundation, I’m also sharing 6 sneaky excuses that you’ll need to be aware of to build a superhuman body and brain.

Stay awesome & continue to be limitless,

-Julian
