What's your opinion on aging?
I'll tell you what most people think.
Most people think as you age, you have to slow down and “take it easy.”
Your best years are behind you.
However, my guest, P90X founder, world-class motivational speaker, and best-selling author, Tony Horton would beg to differ. Tony is one of the most influential people in health and fitness.
But even he, encountered some obstacles, in the form of Ramsey Hunt Syndrome that forced him to completely rebuild himself.
In addition to that, we're discussing his new nutritional and supplement line, Power Life, and the impetus to creating this. I was curious also as to what keeps him motivated to keep creating after all of these years.
