Am writing to you once again to thank you for your past support of our workshops and to ascertain your availability to do another talk this year in 2021.

I have yet to set firm dates for the summit but it will once again be conducted online over a range of dates, thus giving plenty of scope for us to find a time that may suit you.

Last year's summit attracted 679 registrations which proved to us that an online format enables greater participation for participants.

We have also made the decision this year to make all talks available free for live attendees (with a small fee for those who wish to access the replay). So we anticipate this will further increase the audience.

Despite this decision, we are confident enough that we will still attract a reasonable sponsorship that we can offer a speaker fee.

The fee this year for each 30-45 minute talk will be $250 + $50 nominated donation (with the option to donate all of your fee as per previous events).

Talks were more popular when held outside of working hours. We are still thinking about the program format. But it will probably be a combination of some weekend talks (where we may pair two or three talks together) with some weeknight talks.

1. whether you would be available to speak once again
2. any key dates or times where you would not available
