Today is World Children’s Day, and I’ve been thinking a lot about what it really means for our little ones.

UNICEF started World Children’s Day to celebrate children’s rights, especially their right to learn, grow, and play in a world built with care.

Personally, as a parent raising children in our ever-demanding world, I wish that every child has the right to play freely. To explore, to imagine, to figure things out on their own.

At Aden + Ren, we design Montessori and Pikler-inspired furniture that makes that possible by creating calm, beautiful spaces that invite our children to take the lead. To climb, reach, discover, and grow at their own pace.

Because play isn’t just fun. It’s how they learn who they are. 💙
