Welcome back, !
You know, I used to look for things to be stressed about. I KNEW there was always something wrong --- Something I was missing that would come around to bite me in the ass. It was, well, stressful! 😂 I've grown a lot in my life, and I've realized that I'm probably never going to stop growing and that is okay! Why am I telling you this? you are here for entertainment!
Well, I'm telling you because my creative process and ability are definitely a part of that growth. Also focusing on stress didn't make me a happy person which didn't make me happy creatively. Now I'm focusing more on gratitude and how I can support others. So, a big thank you to you, . I truly appreciate you being here!
Let's dive into it!

Heavy Metal
Megadeth is a name that most of us know even if you aren't into Metal music. Ice-T is also a name that most of us knows, whether it's from his work in TV and movies or his equally successful rap career. Not as many know that Ice-T also has a metal band called Body Count. They debuted in the early 90's and released a record every several years but came back with a vengeance in 2017. and released a monster of an album in 2020 called Carnivore featuring some established names in Metal like Max Cavelera from Soulfly.
Now that you have the backstory, Megadeth will be releasing a new album soon and just dropped a new single featuring ICE-T!!! So, let's check this out!!
Megadeth - Night Stalkers: Chapter II ft. Ice-T
Here's another song that Megadeth released on one of their most recent album Dystopia released in 2016, which is the album that finally got them a Grammy.
Megadeth - Poisonous Shadows
Now, let's listen to some Body Count!! They do have some great songs. I'm more partial to their newer stuff because it sounds more polished and heavier to me, but their older work is great as well! Let's give it a listen!
Body Count feat. Max Cavalera - All Love is Lost
Body count - No Lives Matter
