Fundamental TRUTH we are still missing + request for feedback
Jan 23, 2026 4:05 am
Hey . Michael here.
Andrew Grove who was employee #3 and the COO of Intel, and who later became their CEO, once said:
Act fast. Speed is everything.
This saying has often been misquoted since by various business gurus as:
Start fast and then speed up.
This misquoting was initially made as a joke but then got a life of its own and now used on occasion as legitimate business (and life) advice.
Regardless of what you think of the above advice, our opponents are very much on board with it and the events of late 2025 and definitely the first 3 weeks of this year are a living proof for that.
The enemy is SIGNIFICANTLY accelerating their moves and I discussed one aspect of that in the recent interview I gave to Michael Gray Griffith of Cafe Locked Out.
This week we had another demonstration of that:
The "Board of Peace" to govern Gaza
Earlier this week, the news came out that Trump is pushing ahead with his so called "board of peace" which will be a "technocratic government" (the actual term used in the official announcement) that will take control of Gaza and the official signing ceremony to bring this new body into effect will happen on the sidelines of the WEF Annual meeting.
How very appropriate? Don't you think?
Anyway, there is a LOT to unpack here and I tried to do that (hopefully successfully) in this comprehensive piece I published this week (and updated several times since its initial publication).
Please note that in order to protect my work from AI scraping and other theft, I have put the majority of this piece behind a log-in wall.
This means that you will need to have an account in my new website in order to access the full piece.
For the avoidance of doubt, I want to clarify that this account CAN absolutely be free. You do NOT have to be a paid member in order to read this (but obviously I would greatly appreciate if you do become one to support my work).
It is quite likely you are already a member on the website. The easiest way to check that is to simply try and sign-in with the same email address you are receiving this newsletter to.
If you don't have an active membership or would simply like to use a different email address than the one you are receiving this email to, you can sign-up easily which will immediately unlock the full article.
Actionable Take recording publicly available as a one-off
Last weekend, I held another one of my Actionable Take Livestreams.
I was already contemplating to make the recording of this Livestream publicly accessible, due to the urgent and 'evergreen' nature of the topic discussed, and also because this was the first Actionable Take for 2026.
The events which have unfolded over the last week have further convinced me that making the recording publicly available is appropriate in this instance....so I DID.
This episode of the Actionable Take involved some deep reflection following a realisation I held for quite some time now that we are missing a VERY important TRUTH that was staring us in the face all along.
This was further proven to me when I listened to what Jordan Woodhams said in this interview around a constitutional reform to formally enshrine the right for free speech in the Australian Constitution.
You may be very surprised to hear (especially if you are not Australian) that the right for free speech is not formally guaranteed at present in the Australian Constitution and as a matter of fact, none of the other basic liberties are as well. Instead, they are merely "implied" (whatever that means).
I have no doubt that Jordan has good intentions with the suggestion he has put forward but in my humble opinion, he is approaching it from a perspective and line of thinking which is fundamentally wrong.
It's kind of like trying to drive a nail through the wall by using a wash cloth instead of a hammer. Your intentions may be good but your chosen approach will NEVER yield the results you desire.
I discuss at great length the approach which I feel is the only feasible one in this article which also ties in directly with what I discussed in the latest Actionable Take Livestream.

Keen to get your feedback on the private community
I created the private community to provide a safe space from big tech, bots, trolls, algorithms and various "papers please" nonsense.
However, when I started it I was considering primarily what I DO NOT WANT to have in such a space.
I had some time to reflect this month and realised that maybe this approach is not sustainable going forward.
Instead, I'd like to flip the question and turn it over back to you:
What would YOU want the private community to be about?
I posted a short audio message in the private community and would appreciate if you could comment and provide your thoughts.
If you are not yet a member, you can sign-up here. There is a free tier as well as two paid tiers.
That's it for today. If you have any comments or feedback, please leave them as a comment to either of the above or simply reply to this email.
Have a good weekend and if you are in Australia, HAPPY AUSTRALIA DAY!
