DocuFlow is an AI-powered post-production pipeline for DaVinci Resolve that automates everything between raw footage and a rough cut. It ingests and organizes your media, exports a full clip catalog, runs AI transcription, suggests soundbite markers across your interviews and b-roll, then uses Claude AI to analyse your footage and generate fully structured story proposals — complete with in/out timecodes, track assignments, and editorial reasoning. From there, a single script builds the timeline in Resolve, ready for you to refine. What used to take days of watching, logging, and organizing is reduced to a few hours of setup and a Claude API bill of a few dollars.
