I know you have heard that taking a long time to do the same thing will make you a master than everyone else.

I know you have always thought that just having a network of successful people around you will make you a success overnight.

Yet, before you eat and digest all of this, , see this deliverance pill quickly.

In the words of the American Martial Art Legend,

"I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times"

When you are deliberate about focusing daily on a craft and working tirelessly to grow, you will attain mastery faster than a one-off intensity.

Consistency in any area is a mother of one-time intensity everytime.

In your spiritual life, having a dedicated minute time of praying consistently will make you better spiritually than an intense long hours that happens only once in a while.

As regards your personal development, taking 30 minutes of reading daily will grow your mind capacity than 5 hours of reading every month.

In career, sitting down for 30 minutes to take an online course or learn from an interview where a role model spoke will make you a career leader faster than spending 7 hours quarterly to do so.

In your relationship, having a 5 minutes productive communication with your partner consistently is more fuel than 3 hours conversation that happen once in 2 months.
