Means Value vs. End Value

, have you been told about having a personal value in your life as well as placing top importance on something in your life?

Here is the part you may not have been told - defining the means from the end.

For example, you have always thought that the greatest value you want to have in life is money but have you thought of what money can do to you.

Money may be able to give you freedom, happiness, security, goodness, achievements and more.

Your actual pursuit is not money but any of the later as the former is only a means value.

Maybe you are currently on a job but not finding peak fulfilment, This is because you have not reached your end value but still on the means.

Could it be that you are currently in your 3rd, 4th or 7th relationship that have made you always disappointed; check up if you are still on the journey of your end value or just trying out the means value.

Everything you are pursuing is not the real determinant of your life but why you are pursuing it.

Your end value is freedom, happiness, love, security etc. which getting those means will help you accomplish.

I need you to visit your goals right now, draw a two-column table and pen down what your end values and means values are. Ensure to do not compromise those end value no matter how tough the circumstances may appear.

Do this, and see how differently you respond to life.

You are more than what you see about yourself.
