One of my favorite books is The One Thing. In summary, it says that you should think big but focus on one specific thing at a time. 

The big idea behind Fringe is to bring you diverse perspectives on innovation, transformation, and the matters impacting the future of law. The one thing I track is the number of subscribers to the newsletter.

I'm amazed by the growth over the last few months. 

Most people learn about the newsletter by word-of-mouth, so I wanted to make sure that good things happen when you share the newsletter.
