Hey !

It’s Monday again. I can practically hear the collective groans all around. 

Mondays kasi usually make 77% of the global workforce go ugh, according to a Gallup survey.

Well, hindi naman ganyan yung sinabi nila exactly hehe.

They said in their State of the Global Workforce 2023 that only 23% of employees are engaged in the workplace. (That’s a bit higher right now because of changes after covid)

This means that the majority of the workforce around the world are either viewing their workplace negatively or only doing the bare minimum to make it through the day...

with little to no emotional attachment...

even if there has been a surge in job opportunities after the pandemic.

Talk about being stuck doing something you don’t love, or like. 

Buti na lang holiday today. Whew.

Pero let’s not knock on Mondays too much okay? 

Mondays are awesome too. 

I want to invite you to reframe your mindset today. 

Why? 

Because Mondays are actually an opportunity for a fresh start. 

They give us a chance to reflect on our achievements from the previous week and set new goals for the days ahead. 

They also tell us na it might be time to stop doing the same shiz different day routines. We tend to be comfortable na sa lives natin but we know we can do better.

Kaso lang ayaw natin gumalaw. 

Pero, what if you see Mondays with a reset button built in, and get a clean slate to level up from your current state? 

Would you look at things differently?

So guysh, let’s go through our Monday with a positive mindset.
