Way back in 2014, when I was (omg) years old, I got to look under the hood of the world of online marketing for the first time.

I was a consumer before that, just aggressively being a pawn of fate.

Pero seryoso, I’m a slow learner kasi (even if I don't admit it) and was always buying stuff online. 

Until my living situation finally forced my hand. 

You see, I had jumped into freelancing full-time back then, and I needed to put my money where my mouth was, or I didn’t get to eat much with that mouth. 

Seryoso yun men. 

Pero, upon seeing the light about online marketing, I immediately recognized that this was my path in life.

I used it sa Videography School namin.

I would be in the marketing world one way or another, kahit back then I was working as a videographer and indie filmmaker.

meaning indie kumikita haha

I was mostly intrigued by the idea that I could do work once and then get paid for it over and over again.

It's a beautiful thing, really.

For instance, take this email you're reading now. It's possible that I wrote this email months or even years ago (secret )

Well, some of the emails you are reading that seem so refined and “tight”...

have actually been through the wringer for several years in different incarnations. 

I’ve used them to connect with different audiences and I love how I’ve been able to use these words over and over. (parang automation no?!)

In fact, some of the emails you’re going to read, or have read in the past, have helped me sell workshops, and courses.

And more importantly for me, it helped me connect with my readers on a really deep, deep level. 

Seriously, I have novels worth of answers from you guys. And for this I’m grateful.

The icing was, I got paid, too.

If you stretch your imagination a bit, para silang incantations or magic spells.

Like pieces of text or spells stored in a tome, and when you use them, you make money from thin air.

Like a Time Machine na ATM Machine. (ano daw?) How awesome is that?  

I mean, I could be doing anything right now. 

I could be sleeping.

Yun o, nag-flex pa with some of the biggest names in Freelancing, Email Marketing, Copywriting, and Real Estate

Or on vacation.

It's even possible that I'm in the toilet right now! (let's pray that's not the case, lol)

Thankfully wala po tayo photo dyan hahaha

And yet these words are still making an impact (however small) and delivering my message to you.

To me, that's super cool.

If you apply the principle of automation to areas of your freelancing business, you can create a truly wonderful life for yourself while positively impacting thousands of people at the same time.

Heck even if you don't have customers, you can use these same things on your clients so that you don't have to BE WORKING ALL THE DAMN TIME.

The key is to take the things you're doing and turn them into SYSTEMS.

These systems can then be automated, delegated, duplicated, distributed, etc.

This is a very powerful concept that can give you a lot of freedom in your life.

It’s also fun and challenging to do, and helps us to really, really, as in really work FUN home.
