Happy almost Halloween! I hope no one has too much of a stomach ache from snacking on their candy bowl in advance of the actual holiday—but if you’re anything like me, your garbage bin is at least 60% empty M&M packets. No regrets, though. Halloween is like the slow start of the holiday season, even if isn’t the quintessential family holiday.

Tragically, this tends to mean less writing time, but I’ve gotten fiercer over the years about protecting my writing time. (Translation: I’ve gotten better at hiding in an occupied room with my laptop between midnight and 2a.m. to furiously type!)

Moving on from that, as promised, I’m here with some fun news!

I’m here with a brand new cover reveal, and guys, I am excited. This story just flew off my fingers. It’s a novella that had been kicking around in my head since I wrote the first, companion story about Daisy and Connor.

And… tah-dah! 

He’s the one man who could never want me. Until one night, he does.

We may have grown up together, but my brother’s best friend has never seen me as anything but a kid.
