Hey !

I'm finally in the UK and it feels good (except for the cold) to be back. I've been easing my way into my usual routine and resumed my regular posting schedule. Here is this week's digest to take you into the weekend.

🥐🥗🥞 Food, food, and more food! That pretty much sums up the three weeks I spent in Romania. My parents' main concern whenever I go back is to feed me, and this year was no exception. Add hold luggage to the mix and you've got a negotiation party when it comes to packing it. I wrote more about it here.

🎥 No new YT video this week either, but you'll find plenty on my channel to keep you busy. The one on moving from free to paid coaching is a very popular one.

📝 I've been having a lot of fun getting creative with my writing and I published a piece on Medium about the 8 roles I play in my business. The most important one? The janitor.

📢 I finished off the week with an activity I thoroughly enjoy - speaking. I was invited as a guest lecturer to speak to the Diploma in Coaching cohort at The University of Cambridge about coaching niches. I snapped a photo of me before the call here.
