Happy Friday, !

How was your first week back at work? The first few days after a break can be difficult, but if you're reading this it means you survived. Congratulations! Here is the weekly digest to take you into the weekend.

🎡 I was online for less than 15 minutes on Monday and I had already seen multiple posts about goals and new year resolutions. It became quite boring after a while, but each to their own.

I tried setting business goals at the beginning of the year and it didn't work for me. I prefer to set goals in April, to match The Savvy Corner's financial year. What I do instead in January is to set a word (or three) and some intentions. I wrote more about it in this LinkedIn post, including my words for 2021.

If you were to choose 3 words for this year, what would they be? I'd love to hear about it, so hit reply and let me know.

✈ My flight arrangements to return to the UK have been postponed, which means there will be no new YouTube videos for at least a couple of weeks. There is plenty of content on my channel to keep you occupied though if you fancy watching any videos. I suggest this one for some income sources inspiration for coaches.

📰 A while ago I started a Medium publication called Coaching for a Living. I couldn't find a place on the platform to write about the business of coaching, so I created my own. I didn't announce it until now, because I did not have much content on there. But I've started to allocate more time to it and will post articles regularly. Here is my latest piece in a series of short tips: why free coaching doesn't work.

That's it for this week’s content, . I hope you enjoy it and feel free to share it with other people if you think it might benefit them.

Until next time, stay savvy.
