How was the first week of March for you? I had an extremely productive week so far, but now I'm ready for a bit of a break. Here's what I was up to content-wise the past few days.

🌼 On Monday I welcomed March, the month of daffodils. Did you know that my name was supposed to be Narcisa (the name for daffodil in Romania)? I shared that story in an Instagram post.

🎥 I started a new video series on my YouTube channel - business favourites. Going forward I intend to regularly share the books, courses, software, communities, people, and other tools that help me run my business better. This week I kicked off the series with my February business favourites.

📝Continuing with the A-Z series on building a successful coaching business, this week I released the second article, corresponding to the letter B. In it, I talk about business models and the three elements that define them: creating, delivering, and capturing value. This is the full article: The Coaching Business Model Puzzle and How to Solve It.
