WD: milestone, first clients and a rant
Oct 15, 2021 2:11 pm
Happy Friday
🥳 This week I celebrated a new milestone on my YouTube channel - 450 subscribers! I am so excited to build a community on that platform and at 500 subs I'll get the community feature too. I can't wait.
If you enjoy my YT videos and you are not yet subscribed to the channel, would you consider it? You can do so with one click here.
📽 This week's video is about getting your first paid coaching clients. Where to find them, how to approach them, and other strategies that have worked for me and my clients to get those first few clients.
I'm not talking about friends or family members, or coaching study buddies that agree to be beta clients. You know – strangers who don’t know you and don’t have a prior relationship with you. Give it a watch.
🤦♀️ Now the rant. I'm so annoyed with "coaches" who don't make any efforts to know me and my business, yet think it's OK to jump into my inbox and make assumptions about what I'm interested in.
A while ago I got a message that prompted me to write this article. It's not a response that I actually sent, but I was THIS close. Anyway, if you'd like a taste of the ironic/cynical Alisa, give it a read. It might put a smile on your face.
That's it for this week, . Feel free to share any of the above with other people if you think it might benefit them - or even better, invite them to join my email list via this link.
Until next time, stay savvy.
Alisa
