WD: passive income, customer journey and mindset

Happy Friday

This week is mental health awareness week with the theme "connecting with nature". If you didn't have a chance yet, I hope you'll take a few moments in the next couple of days to go outside and enjoy the beauty nature has to offer.

Until then, here's the weekly digest to take you into the weekend.

πŸ’° I'm a big advocate of diversifying your income sources and not putting all your eggs in one basket. On Monday morning I woke up to a notification alerting me that (while I was asleep) I earned some money. I talked about it in this LinkedIn post and included a link to a video where I share 15 income sources for coaches in the comments.

πŸ“½ The customer journey was the topic of this week's YouTube video. If you're not familiar with the concept or want a refresh on the different stages a lead reaches before becoming a paying client and how to guide them through this journey, give it a watch.

πŸ“"You could be doing all the right things as a coach and still not see the results you expect in your business. Before you look at changing your strategy, check to see that your beliefs are in line with your objectives." This is an extract of my Medium article, 5 Toxic Beliefs That Stop You from Making Money as a Coach.

Medium didn't seem to like the word 'toxic' in the title, so it didn't curate the piece. Nevertheless, people resonated with it and that's what I am after. I hope you'll find it useful too.

❀ To mark the end of mental health awareness week, on Friday I shared an article I wrote a while ago about the challenges I and some of my clients experienced while building a business. In it, I talk about the damaging effects of hustle culture and the dark side of being a business owner that we don’t typically see on social media: The Best Way to Serve Others Is to Take Care of Yourself First.

That's it for this week, . Feel free to share any of the above with other people if you think it might benefit them - or even better, invite them to join my email list via this link.

Until next time, stay savvy.
