If you are writing on Medium (or interested to do so in the future) you might want to know about their new Creator Fellowship Program. This is is an initiative that will run for 3 months (August - October) and will give selected writers a minimum monthly payment guarantee for publishing at least 4 stories per month.

At this point, it is by invitation only and you need at least 200 followers on the platform and one story in the last 90 days to be eligible. You can read more in this article.

For me, this is proof that Medium are willing to invest in good writers and are testing to see what's the best way of doing that. They will announce more initiatives like this one in September and I'll make sure to keep you posted.
