Lose weight AND have fun? It's possible!

Heya ,

Before I give you an easy peasy weight loss tip I first need to apologize...

...SORRY...

The SMA still isn't ready to go... but it is COMING and it's awesome, well I think it is and so do the people I've shown it too.

I do apologize, ti will be up and running soon and you'll be estatic you're in this group

On to the email,

Are you tired of feeling like a stuffed turkey every time you finish a meal? Do you dream of losing weight and feeling like a million bucks, but you're not sure where to start?

Well, fear not , because I've got a tip that's so simple, even my 4-year-old son does it (it was his idea)

But before I share the tip, let me tell you a story....

Recently, I've noticed that my son Bodhi eats his food slowly.

At first, I used to get impatient and try to FORCE him to eat faster, but I quickly realized that this wasn't the right approach.

Instead,

I started to take a page from Bodhi's book and savor my own food, chewing slowly and enjoying every bite. And you know what? It's made a big difference in how I feel after meals.

So here's the tip I promised:

Chew your food like it's a delicious, juicy piece of steak (even if it's just a carrot stick).

I know, I know, it sounds too easy, right?

But hear me out...

When you take the time to chew your food thoroughly, you not only enjoy it more, but you also give your body a chance to digest it properly.

This means you'll feel fuller, faster, and you won't be tempted to go back for seconds (or thirds, or fourths).

But wait, there's more!

Chewing your food can also be a fun way to bond with your family and friends.

Imagine the looks on their faces when they see you savoring every bite like a gourmet chef. They might even think you're a little bit crazy (but in a good way, of course).

So go ahead, give it a try. And if anyone asks what you're doing...

tell them you're practicing your Chewbacca impression. May the fork be with you!

Cheers,

-Coach Kereru
