Y'all. What a freakin' week it has been! Ares and Eloise have been out in the wild for an entire week, and I can't believe how much everyone is enjoying that royal pain in my ass. You guys, Ares hurt. A lot. He dragged me over hot coals, ignored over 70% of my original outline, became a festering sore on my ass during edits, and he just did his own thing. It was painful as hell. So to see everyone loving on him and his lovely heroine as much as you are - it means the world to me.

For those of you who haven't yet read Pulling the Goalie - you should go do that. If for no other reason than you can read about Ares's cat, Puck, threatening to slice Ares's nekkid body if he didn't give him breakfast LOL! And what about that library scene, y'all?!?!

Anyways, this week I'm working away on Thor and Addison for book one of my upcoming BDSM club series: Control. It's exciting and terrifying all in one go.

This month also saw me hosting a friend from the US. We spent the weekend in an AirB&B up the coast. We enjoyed pineapple-orange margaritas in the hot tub and some exploration up the coast including a number of Game of Thrones filming sites.

I have another visitor coming from Canada later this month. She's a friend of my husbands who we haven't seen in at least 8 years! I also have a returning visitor who was here in February coming back in June, and my editor has just booked her trip to Ireland for November to host a retreat for my author friends and I. I can't WAIT. My social butterfly has been trapped through the Covid times, so I'm super excited to fill my peopley-energy well!

Anyways, I need to get back to these words. I'm at the 13k word mark and I can tell you this much - Thor is gonna be a thicc, girthy AF boi!
