Howdy y'all,

I'm back from my voyage across the Atlantic and phew, I am exhausted. I started back to my early mornings on Monday, it's now Thursday, and I wouldn't be lying if I said my ass is dragging.

I want to tell all y'all about my amazing trip and share all the epic authors I hung out with, but since I kinda sneezed out this release with little promo or fanfare, I want to make sure I at least share my shiny new 99c novella with you guys.

Okay, I'm gonna throw some [read: a LOT of] photos in here and encourage y'all to go support some of these authors by picking up their books if they so tickle your fancy. I had so much fun hanging out with everyone you guys. My extrovert soul was so freakin' happy!

In Iowa I had coffee with the lovely Lizzy Prince (she writes PNR and I love love her Shadow Falls series.)

I also hung out with some of my ARC team. Katie and Amy both drove in from out of state to hang out with me and we had a lot of fun, great food, and listened to some great live music. I laughed a lot with these two and didn't want them to leave when it was time to go!

After a day of conference in Vegas, I went to a hockey game with hockey romance authors Melissa Ivers and Zoe Beth Gellar - y'all, this was fun as hell. I can't wait to start writing with Melissa. She's got spunk, humor, and sass for days.

I got selfies with almost everyone in this next snap. But i'mma give it to you all at once (that's what he said!!) Ivy Nelson writes hot AF BDSM romance, Fancy Roberts writes steamy billionaire romance, Frieda Downing write messy modern fairy tales, K.A. Gandy writes YA dystopian romance, Erika Everest writes fairytales, Jen Lassalle will soon be writing women's fiction, C.B. Miller writes urban fantasy and Elsie Woods writes sweet rom coms.

I am so freakin' blessed to be surrounded by not only talented authors, but such amazing friends. It hurt my heart leaving them in Vegas.

Despite not doing the author signing at the conference, I still had two ARC readers make the trip to Bally's to come see me.

Cyndi and Pamela made me feel like a freakin' rockstar you guys, and they gave such great hugs!

Jenn D. Young writes curvy omegaverse and she bought me celebratory breakfast cake for my bookbub doing so well. For real. Not all heroes wear capes.

Nikki Hall writes sports romance, I mean, it's not hockey (yet) but she's got game.

I had the pleasure of serving on a steamy romance panel during the conference with the one and only queen of dark romance Emilia Rose. Y'all she is an absolute sweetheart!

And last, but by no means least, I got to hang out with my HERO Jami Albright. You guys I've looked up to her as an author for years, to be able to sit down and have breakfast with her was a highlight of my trip. It's something that's going to stay with me forever.
