LATEST NEWS & UPDATE:
Howdy, y'all,
Happy New Year!
And I hope 2026 is better for everyone than 2025 was *huge sigh*
Every January, every corner of the internet gets reeeeeeeal fuckin' loud about becoming someone new. New habits and new routines. Hashtag-new-year-new-me *even huger sigh*
But my question is often: what the hell's wrong with the old us? And isn't working to become someone new just exhausting AF?
So here’s my big, loud truth, heading into this year: I’m still me.
I know, such a revalation, right? *snort* Talk about reinventing the wheel.
I still write stories about desire, tenderness, found family, and choosing yourself even when it’s hard. I still believe rest is not laziness. I'm still a champion for mental health. And I still believe women don’t need fixing.
What might be a little different this year is how fiercely I’m protecting my energy. I'm leading with more intention (my word of the year for 2026 is Intentional). More honesty (even though it's historically 'bad' for me to be open and honest with how I feel). And hopefully... a little more room to breathe and create amazing stories that y'all can't wait to read.
I’ll still be releasing new books (because of course I will—stories are how I breathe, and when I ignore the voices in my head they all get so damn loud and needy,) and with all that being said, if you’re here for:
• emotionally rich romance
• characters who don’t apologise for wanting more
• stories that feel like both a balm and a spark (with some lols thrown in for good measure!)
…then you’re exactly where you’re meant to be. Right here with me.
Thank you for being here (last year was quite the shit show!) Thank you for reading my words. Thank you for letting my characters and worlds keep you company.
Just to give you a heads up of what's coming down the pipeline in 2026...
February brings book 1 in my new series, and y'all, I mean new. I've changed the location, the sport, the gender of the athletes... it's a big change, a big risk, and I can't wait to see what you think of Rhiannon and Robert in The Fly-Half and the Fling.
A little later in the year I plan to release Artemis and Xavier, my first MM romance. It's going to complete the Cedar Rapids Raccoons series. Splitting the D is written and being edited right now, and don't tell the others, but it's my favorite book I've ever written.
September will see book two of the Stolen series (under my pen name Lasairiona Lewis) hitting Kindles. And I can assure you... Stolen Rebel will be every bit as explosive as book one! Speaking of the stolen series, for those of you who LOVED Sorcha and Patrick, have I got news for youuuu!
The Butterfly Book Box has put together this gorgeous special edition for their February Subscription. It has:
An exclusive cover designed by @artmusegraphicdesignsofficial
Two colour foiling
A digitally printed foredge designed by Hattie @the.butterfly.bookclub and sprayed top and bottom edges
Illustrated endpapers by @barnswallow.art (different front and back!)
A tip in page signed by both authors
This is available via the Sinful Souls subscription (which is currently full) and you can join the waiting list now! (They will sometimes also have overstock and scratch and dent sales on their website if you can't get onto the subscription in time.) I can't WAIT to have this absolute beaut on my shelves - just in time to write book two with Tracie!
I also hope to have a sneaky few surprise treats thrown in throughout the year as well! Anyways... Here’s to a year of staying soft, staying curious, and staying unapologetically ourselves <3
Happy reading!
Until next time,

Have you joined my reader group yet? If not, then head over to: Margaritas, Men and Mischief with Lasairiona. As the name suggests, it's a place for my readers to chat about all things romance - with a healthy dose of sarcasm, sharp wit, conversations comprised entirely of GIFs, sneak peeks, giveaways and a plethora of memes. It's one of my absolute favorite places on the internet and I'm really enjoying getting to know readers that bit better over there. Don't be shy - we don't bite... much! Come on over!
