There’s been a lot of talk about about fixing your credit and getting it together. Which I think is great BUT don’t stop there. Good credit by itself shouldn’t be the goal. Remember the goal is to leverage that good credit to purchase assets that generate income. That is ???

Early morning mediations. With a cup of tea + honey. Talks with yourself in the dark before the world or the sun wakes up. My difficulties this morning: struggling with letting go of mistakes made in the past. Focusing too much on the “shoulda woulda coulda” Solution: Acknowledging that time travel isn’t possible yet. Acknowledging that humans make mistakes but growth rises from those mistakes. The true gem is to not miss the lessons life is trying to teach because if you do then those same mistakes may be repeated. Takeaway: Cherish your short comings. Revel in your losses as best as you can. Honor your feelings, they can’t be suppressed ... only expressed so drop a few gangsta tears if you need too. Play LoL, Watch an episode of AOT or NewGirl and eat toblerone. But then we get to work. Reflect on everything and look for a gem to take away so things don’t repeat.

Just drove by this and I want it. Just gonna manifest this one into the portfolio. Sike I Lied! - This one got added to my database and will be getting a postcard for the next 3 months. - I also skip traced the owner and sent them a text and left a voicemail. - I also sent the seller an email and they will get an email for the next 3 months as well. My goal is always 19 points of contact before I call it a day.
