Happy Friday!

I had some free time so I used it to do a property rundown ... on a Friday!

Rates are up and the market is shifting but there are still deals to be had!

You just have to be more surgical with what you are buying!

Personally, as a devote buy and hold investor, the numbers are telling me to sell and that's what I plan to do for the 6 projects (click here to check out the furry friend my painter had helping at a project) I am closing out in the next couple of months. Meaning you have to be able to pivot when the market and your finances tell you to!
