Kindly note that your passport will be held once your application is filed and cannot be retrieved, borrowed, or used for any other purpose until the Embassy releases its decision.

Processing may take around 𝟐𝟎–𝟑𝟎 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 upon submission of complete requirements, and appointment availability is not always guaranteed. Please ensure that your passport is valid for at least 𝐬𝐢𝐱 (𝟔) 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞, and that all required forms are typewritten on A4 white bond paper with original manual signatures (digital signatures are not accepted).

Applicants aged 13 and above must personally sign their documents. Approval of visas rests solely with the Japanese Embassy, and in case of denial, reapplication is allowed after six (6) months.
