Story Time -
I know you might not know why I am suddenly asking you to speak up but recently, I had an experience that made me realise how true this is.
There is something I’ve been thinking about for the past 4 months. It’s something about work and I had been micromanaging it in my head for months.
I finally made a decision after four months but not long after, someone I look up to called me. As we talked, I just decided to speak up and chip it into our conversation.
Guess what!? She told me a different perspective and that truly opened my eyes to see the whole matter in a different way. In just ten minutes, she helped me figure out what I’ve been struggling with for four months.
Just like that!
Just by voicing it out, I was able to find that one person that had the answer to my question.
It can be the same for you. Just by voicing it out, you can also find a better perspective and someone to help you.
So speak up and get a different, better perspective to take the load off you.
All I just want to tell you today isspeak up.
