Happy New Year !

Welcome to 2024 (plus a few days)! I usually like to start the new year with a sort of roadmap for myself, and for you, my amazing readers. So without further ado, here we go!

1. My first and most important goal is to finish the audiobook for Dawning of Darkness by March. I've put a lot of work into it, and the cast is superb. I can't think of a single person I would recast for someone else. They all did a phenomenal job!
2. Shortly after I finish DoD, I'll be working on either the audiobook for Afterworld, or for Merlin's Crucible. I've technically already started Afterworld and have most of the character voices for the book done. This is because when I hired those for DoD I also had them do the voices for their characters in Afterworld. Knowing that, the reason I'm thinking of doing Merlin's Crucible is because it will take me a lot less time to complete (13k words vs 70k). With that in mind, I'm unsure which route I'll go yet. But, for the first few books, there should be a consistent cast among most of the characters.
3. Finally, if I get the time, I'd like to do more writing on The Desperado's Tale. This book is already going to be delayed because of the audio work of those mentioned previously, but I'm hoping to get this epic novel out by late 2026. Unfortunately, it may be that it crosses into 2027 due to its final length and the time needed between beta readers and editors.
