Off the Trail, Up the Hill, and Into the Edits

Hey {{contact.first_name},
This week, I took a trip to Historic Scott Lake National Park and got some fresh air on the nature trail. Well, mostly on the trail—I veered off course a little and made my way up the mountain. Or, well, the Kansas version of a mountain (which is to say, a pretty decent hill). It was a great reminder that sometimes the best views come from a little detour.
Here's a picture!
Speaking of detours, have you checked out my series on kindle unlimited yet?
If you use kindle, help convince to stay in it by giving one, two, or all of them a quick read!
Back at my desk, I’ve been deep in edits for The Dream Herald. I’ve fully revised up to Chapter 4 for my pre-beta readers, tightening up the story and making sure the world feels as immersive on the page as it does in my head. It’s shaping up, and I’m excited to keep pushing forward!
On the audiobook side of things, I've been in contact with my narrator and we're working something out for Afterworld for this springtime so hopefully in the summer it'll be ready to get started on production as about 70% of the other voice actors lines are finished.
That's all for this month, but stay tuned at the end. I've got some great promotions for you this week. And thanks again for being such exceptional readers. Between myself and other indies, we sure appreciate the support!
As always, stay posted!
