Sometime after Pesach, a delegation will be coming from the Philippines to sign the agreement whereby Congregation Pirchei Shoshanim will be representing the indigenous people of the Philippines in the United Nations. This is an enormous milestone and a historic event in the UN and the Republic of the Philippines. Strategically, the Philippines lies adjacent to China, Korea, Japan, and Taiwan with trillions of dollars of shipping passing through their waters. Providing advice and guidance to the many millions of indigenous people will pour over their borders and act as a guide for other UN nations to follow.

YPS & Netiv is now officially registered and recognized by the Philippines Government.
Yeshiva Pirchei Shoshanim Rabbi Todd has become an NGO (Non-Governmental Organization) in the United Nations, this is a very big achievement. NEW
Rabbi Todd at the UN on behalf of the Indigenous peoples of the Philippines
This will give Netiv and our outreach programs greater access. For example, with the work that Yehudah Del Cruz Director of our Philippines Outreach Program to the tribes, Rabbi Todd YPS has been asked to represent the Indigenous Tribes in the United Nations
Yehudah Del Cruz is working on becoming a Chaplin in the Philippines Army. This will be another big achievement. HaShem is opening doors that we would not have thought possible.
