About us:

We're Kimberly & Gregory Elam; married since Nov 1991. Kimberly homeschooled our two kids thru high school & in Oct 2011, began to look for a new adventure; pursuing the mission of earning while helping others. Avon was the answer. Dec 2021, Gregory retired early from Dept of Air Force & joined her full-time. We now build our Avon business together. We've been President’s Recognition Program members & leader/mentors since 2012, receiving numerous honors & awards for personal sales & team growth including Top Ten in the state of Ohio for sales and recruiting.
